Domestic Violence Education Class -"It's Not Ok Anymore" (INOKA):
The INOKA curriculum reflects a zero tolerance for abuse and violence yet is respectful of a person's right to stay or leave. The curriculum is a three part series: Ending Abuse, Taking Charge, and Loving Yourself. Each section has valuable material designed to empower and educate individuals to look at their lives and examine options that they have. The INOKA curriculum is focused on identifying types of abuse, the cycle of abuse, risk factors, getting safe, building awareness, building self esteem and establishing boundaries.

The INOKA class is taught over a three week period, with meetings twice a week for two hours at a time. New classes begin each month. Please contact 503-397-7110 to pre-register.
