The Columbia County Women’s Resource Center is an organization dedicated to serving all victims of family violence and sexual assault.  Our programs include:

The Starting Place, 26-bed, shelter for women and children who have experienced domestic and sexual abuse.  The shelter is a safe haven where women can begin to put their lives back together following traumatizing relationships.
Our highly trained team of advocates provides 24-hour services to victims and their families. We are here to listen and offer information and any support we can.

Shane's Place Visitation Center:  Program in honor of Shane Davis who lost his life at the hands of his father during an unsupervised visit.   Shane's Place is a safe haven for children to continue to bond with non-custodial parents during tumultuous times such a divorce, custody issues, etc.
